What does it actually taste like?

How much caffeine is in it? Will I get the jitters?
180mg per sachet — a real dose, and more than a flat white. If you're sensitive to caffeine, start with half a sachet. It comes from two sources rather than one: coffee and guarana. Guarana holds its caffeine in the seed, so it releases more slowly than coffee alone. That's why it's in there.
When should I drink it?
First thing, in place of the coffee you're already making. It's built to be the one you have in the morning rather than an extra one you add — which is also why the electrolytes are in there, since you've gone all night without fluid.
Can I drink it every day?

Is it certified for athletes?
